Important Announcement – Milab Microphones AB
microSound regrets to announce that our partner Milab Microphones AB filed for bankruptcy in August 2025. This development also affects the Pearl Microphones brand, which was operated under the same ownership.
As a result, all existing warranties on previously purchased Milab and Pearl products are no longer valid.
microSound still holds a limited inventory of Milab products, now available at reduced prices. Please note that these products are sold without warranty. At present, no new microphones can be ordered from the Milab factory in Sweden.

UPDATE: A new investor has acquired the remaining Milab assets and intellectual property and is currently working on a potential restart of the company. microSound will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
